Hey all!
So, Patreon added a shop feature to the site and I wanted to test it out. The interesting thing about it is that I can make the products free for specific tiers, which may be a solution to something that has bothered me for quite a while: different versions of Guitarpro!
I know not everyone necessarily buys the newest version of a program when it comes out, and although the poll I had done showed the majority of people preferring GP 7/8, there were still many who use previous versions of Guitarpro.
Unfortunately, my website only allows me to upload one GP file, and that file is used to power the scrolling tab player and it's something that has bothered me for a while. However, I am able to upload everything (PDF,MP3,GP5/6/7/8) in a zip file and put that up in the shop, meaning if you're an UBER BEAR or higher, you can download it for free.
Another benefit, I think, is that even if you aren't a patron, you can still purchase from the shop, meaning that if there just happens to be an arrangement that you really want to play, you don't have to sign up for a membership you might not want to get it.Â
So, if you're a current patron that has access to the GP files, the products in the shop should be free for you. And if you aren't, you can still get them. Â Any UBER BEARS out there want to give it a try and let me know if you can freely access it?

Howdy! Some of you may know I'm a huge fan of Genshin Impact and I've been loving the new update. I heard this tune when you're riding the aquabus and it's very classically inspired; I love that stuff.

One more before April is over, this is the title screen music for Genshin Impact. I play that game a TOOOOON, and I was actually surprised I hadn't arranged it already. But I couldn't sleep last night and it was on in the background and I thought "Hey, why not?"
I was lucky because right after I finished it one of my strings EXPLODED violently and that ended my guitar playing for the night, lol.
Annnnnyway, nothing hard about this one, so if you like the game, give it a try.

Check the tuning, it's Open G6, so 6th down to D and 5th down to G, nothing too gnarly and it makes it a lot easier to play. If you're not near a tuner, just tune your 6th string to your 4th and your 5th string to your 3rd. Have a great rest of your weekend!

An interesting little piece, with those slides all over the place. I know some of you are asking for me to include the left hand notation, but I don't have a ton of time today, I just wanted to get this one out to you all.
Honestly, it's actually really good practice to try and figure out your own positions and see what you come up with. If you have any questions about certain sections, you can always get ahold of me in the discord and we can take a look together. I am still going to release versions with the left hand notated, but it'll be a little bit before I get to it, putting that stuff in the sheet music takes fooorreeevvveeerrrrrr and I don't have enough time today. So print it out, grab a pencil, and see what you come up with!
